When: Wednesday, June 20
Where: Camphill, PA
Rite Aid’s company leaders didn’t let the hot June weather prevent them from spending several hours of their busy day scrubbing dirty cars and taking pies to the face during the 13th Annual Executive Corporate Car Wash at the company’s headquarters in Camphill, PA.
The 13th Annual Executive Corporate Car Wash supports raising funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and does so in creative ways. Associates were not only able to get their car washed by company leaders, but could participate in a talent show, a pie-eating contest and carnival-style games. NFL wide receiver Jason Avant of the Philadelphia Eagles was also there to sign autographs for associates.
Chairman, President and CEO John Standley said corporate associates are passionate about helping to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, and the annual car wash demonstrates their strong support for such a worthy cause. “One of our core values is to help the communities we serve, and I can’t think of a better way to help them than to support our Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.”
